    On-Site Support Service

    Sometimes you just need onsite service & there is no way around it. Your network is down, your server is down, or your Internet connection is down, or you dont want to take your computer apart and drive it to the shop. You would rather have it done when you want it done and move on with your life. We Understand. If you are within our service areas, we will gladly come to you.

    Prices for this service vary depending on the nature of the call. However most non-network/non-server issues are billed at $60 per hour. Server & networking issues are billed at $75 per hour.     In-Shop Service

    Sometimes you need something fixed on your computer but you aren't in such a hurry that you need someone onsite like yesterday! That's when our in-shop service is a great alternative to on-site service. Depending on how close to our local office you are, you may be able to benefit from our free pickup service too.

    Our in-shop rate is only $50 per hour, unless otherwise noted or unless it is part of a package or a promotion. This is, by far, the most affordable and best value repair and support service that we offer.

    Business Support Services

    If you are a small or a medium business you may find that you have the need for end-user PC support staff, but not quite enough to hire someone full-time. We can give your business a custom quote for remote support or on-site support (or a mixture of both services) based on your specific needs.
